1. What This Website Is

This is an independent, private reference site. It has no governmental role, does not store official records, and cannot obtain records, perform official checks, or submit documents on a visitor's behalf.

Its purpose is to identify the custodians of Robertson County records, including the Sheriff's Office, court clerks, Texas Department of Public Safety, and Texas Public Sex Offender Registry, while also providing access to outside research tools. The Texas Public Information Act, Government Code Chapter 552, applies to Texas governmental bodies, not this private website. Dissemination of Texas criminal-history record information is governed by Government Code Chapter 411.

2. Rules for Using This Site

As a condition of use, you must not:

• Use site information to threaten, harass, or stalk a person
• Violate any applicable local, Texas, or federal law
• Use content for employment, housing, lending, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated decision
• Attempt unauthorized entry into any account, server, or system
• Deploy a bot, scraper, or other automated collection tool against the pages
• Interfere with site operation or prevent another visitor from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

You may not use information found here or through a linked tool to stalk, threaten, harass, intimidate, or discriminate against anyone. Misuse may also violate the law. Texas Public Sex Offender Registry data receives particular protection under Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Chapter 62 and related law. Registry information is provided for lawful public-safety awareness, never vigilantism, harassment, or discriminatory blacklisting.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not produce consumer reports, credit reports, or official background checks. The site and its advertising partners do not provide tools designed to evaluate applicants, renters, insurance eligibility, or credit. You may not use site or linked-tool data to:

• Make a hiring, firing, or other employment decision
• Evaluate a renter or housing applicant
• Assess credit or determine an insurance rate
• Decide eligibility for a license, permit, or government benefit
• Carry out any other action regulated by the FCRA

A check for a regulated purpose must come from the Texas Department of Public Safety or a screening provider that complies with the FCRA.

5. No Legal Advice

Site content is general information, not legal advice. It cannot determine how a Robertson County charge, conviction, warrant, expunction, or nondisclosure rule applies to a particular person. Consult a Texas-licensed attorney for advice about an individual matter.

6. No Warranties

All content and services are offered "as is." We make no promise that:

• Site or partner-tool information will be complete, accurate, or current
• Access will always be uninterrupted
• Every page will be free from errors, defects, or security weaknesses

Robertson County Criminal History or its content partners own the site's text, graphics, logos, and code. You may not reproduce, distribute, alter, or create derivative works from that material without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damages arising from site use, including reliance on information displayed here or supplied by a linked service.

10. Indemnification
